LIVERPOOL POETS 2008

Sylvia Hikins

Silvia have been a performing and published poet on Merseyside since 1971, regularly performed with Patten, 

Henri, McGough, founded Toulouse Press,  and has been a radio and TV performer.  For the past 6 

years broadcast a regular monthly poetry programme on BBC Radio Merseyside. 

She is presently co-judging the Liverpool Saga poem which is sponsored by The Liverpool Echo, the BBC 

and Phil Redmond.
