LIVERPOOL POETS 2008

Sally James

Sally has read at The Dead Good Poets at the Everyman, The Egg Cafe and The Unity Theatre. Her paternal 

grandmother originated from Liverpool.   As  a child she went there with my parents when sailed from there to the 

Isle of Man on the steamers. 

Sally lives in the North West and often writes in Lancashire dialect, and has written several booklets of dialect 

poems.   She recently appeared in the Poetry Kit International gathering of poets which took place

at the Everyman in Liverpool.
