Scifiku and Contrails

short poems on a Scifi theme but in the spirit of haiku   lost in space scrolls consulted translations made the 13th planet-- home?     message sent cyber trekkers wait planet spinning     rolling ball of doom cast into the nether regions frozen between realms     molted skin star wound they're here   spherical object crack opens alien albumen       fifteen moons torrential tides birth is rare   return to womb spiral nebulae amniotic bliss     open to the light hibernation pods recharging         Contrails - Single line poems     skating on thin ice--Europan Olympic team     sonar pings--undertow--spatial flare serendipity--light shines without batteries Malaprop Station--we'll curdle your tongues here open helmet to get a better view--meet God face-to-face   A two line poem may space rise up to meet us- and the large black hole not swallow us up
