Darren Anderson - Canada

 

Darren Anderson lives in Nanaimo, BC,Canada with his wife and daughter. He is currently an English/Creative Writing student at Malaspina U/C. Darren has work published in various magazines, newspapers, anthologies and ezines including Aalst, Forget Magazine, Log Cabin Chronicles, Nuvein, CC&D, The Breath Ezine, Voice, and most recently in the Canadian Bulletin of Medical History, The Ballarat Review(Australia), and Leaf Press. Darren has two chapbooks of poetry, Seasons(CNV Press), and Hidden Among the Pine(Island Scholastic Press). Darren has recently been awarded the 2004 top achievement award by the Nanaimo Arts Council.

Iain Britton - New Zealand

 

My poetry is widely published in the UK, the USA and Australia and of course NZ and can be accessed on some reputable online journals eg Jacket, Masthead (Aust), The Drunken Boat and Slope (USA. Work
can also be accessed from the New Zealand Electronic Poetry Centre, University of Auckland. Some recent poems published in the UK this year can be found in - Magma, The New Writer, Aesthetica, Orbis, Coffee House Poetry and The Reader soon.

My first collection of poems will be coming out in 2005 and will be published by Hazard Press Publishers, Christchurch, New Zealand.

Ulrike Gerbig - Germany

 

My name is Ulrike Gerbig and I live in Germany as a woman, mum, daughter, teacher, mediator, friend, lover and poet.

Lately I have become increasingly interested in Buddhism and Suffism: philosophical views that help me to use every moment in life as intensely as possible and honour my and other people's spirituality and uniqueness.
My newer poems begin to mirror those influences.

My first book of poetry "Every woman's Blues" just came out with Lapwing Press, Belfast.

Christopher T. George - USA

 

Christopher T. George was born in Liverpool, England, in 1948.  He is now a U.S. citizen and a 34-year resident of Baltimore, Maryland, where he lives with his wife Donna and two cats, Mamie and Leonard, near the Johns Hopkins University Homewood campus.  Chris works full-time as a medical editor in Washington, DC.  He is the editor of the on-line poetry site Desert Moon Review at http://www.desertmoonreview.com

Chris is a published poet, historian, and lyricist for a new musical about Jack the Ripper written with French composer Erik Sitbon, Jack—The Musical, http://www.jack-themusical.com

Raud Kennedy _ USA

I've had poems published in the US, Canada and the UK, along with several short stories in Space & Time, a science fiction publication.  I've also published six novels, the most recent being, Streaking Venus.

 

Gary Lehmann - USA

 

Gary Lehmann teaches writing and poetry at the Rochester Institute of Technology, and has been the Writer in Residence at Roberts Wesleyan College. His poetry and short stories are widely published -- about 60 pieces a year. He is the director of the Athenaeum Poetry group. When not writing or teaching, he works on becoming an amateur shoemaker.

Tracy M Rogers - USA

 

Tracy M Rogers is a graduate of the University of Arkansas History program where she studied Early Twentieth Century Italian History and was the recipient of the J. William Fulbright Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement in May 2000. Ms. Rogers has also completed two years of postgraduate study at the University of New Mexico before dropping out to pursue writing full-time. She began writing poetry at the age of 14 and prefers to explore the nexus where the emotional and intellectual self meet. She has never been published to date.  She currently edits the online literary and cultural magazine, The Aurora Review.

 

Arthur Seeley - UK

 

Arthur's poems have appeared in many internet and paper based magazines in UK and USA.  He lives in the Noth of England with a view across the Pennine Moors, which he says "change gently with the seasons and constantly with the light."
